Your memory invades against my will
As tangible as the salty tears I feel
Bitter sweetness at its worst and best
My arms ache for you; my broken heart protests
I long to remember, I long to forget
I long to undo the past I regret
By I am an onlooker, stuck in the sand
You have set sail, out of sight from the land
ohhhhh, how sweet the sound of sincerity... what we would give [ an arm and a leg ]for a lost moment with you... beautiful, dear...
