Anxiety. Unrest.
Heart beating too loud.
What am I anxious about?
... I can't remember. Can't calm it.
How can I make it go away?
Oh, yes. I do that thing.
You know that thing.
It's different for everyone, of course, but we all do that thing.
I shower. I run. I listen to calming music.
I breathe. In. Out.
I soothe it. It slowly goes away...
Or at least, the intensity goes away.
I'm calmer now. I can breathe.
Whatever it takes so we can "breathe" Nice work!
